Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products we provide (such as prepaid cards, digital vouchers, and game codes), please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the product code has been delivered or made accessible to you. This policy is in place because:

  • Digital products cannot be returned;
  • Delivered codes are considered consumed and cannot be resold;
  • We are unable to verify whether a digital code has been used or activated once it is delivered.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Undelivered Product: If you do not receive the product within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, and our investigation confirms the delivery did not occur.
  • Invalid Code: If a code is proven to be invalid or not functioning, and has not been used or redeemed.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A detailed explanation of the issue;
  • Screenshots or proof of the issue (e.g., platform error message);
  • Proof of payment.

3. Rejected Refund Claims

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The product has been delivered and is redeemable;
  • The issue is caused by user error or misuse;
  • The complaint is raised beyond 48 hours of purchase;
  • The refund claim is found to be fraudulent or without merit after investigation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since delivery of digital products is typically instant or within a few hours, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Please ensure the product type, region compatibility, and recipient details are correct before proceeding with payment.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
